The hotel was conveniently located to lots of restaurants and shops. There was an ease of use that we loved. Would definitely book again!

No particular problem (other than hot breakfast had run out at 7am and not replenished), but the facility is “tired” and the staff lacks energy and focus.

Nice large clean and quiet room with tall ceilings. King size bed was comfortable. Large shower with large bottles of shower gel shampoo and conditioner (not those stupid little sample bottles) Tile floors in the hallway and bathroom but carpet in the room (would prefer hardwood)
Breakfast buffet was awesome large selection of cold and hot items. highly recommended.

First I had to change rooms because the first one was filthy. Good thing they had another available or that would have been it for them. Next room was better but
AC was slow to work. Room was better but they need upgrades and better cleaning practices.

The carpet smelled a little funny and we did not have any hot water in our shower. Our pillows were also like pancakes. Definitely not the best Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in.

I requested connecting rooms when I made the reservation. It seems no one looked at that request until we checked in, and none were available by then.

The room showed serious signs of age. Cracked bathroom floor tiles, very dirty upholstery on bench. Not a good value for the price or the quality expected from Hampton Inn. Won’t stay again.
