There wasn’t anyone at the property to get me check me in. They said call this number after hours. I called the number 10 times in over 20 minutes of waiting outside. I didn’t get a refund either

The ac was super dirty, the water did not get hot, there was mold growing in the vents and corners near the ac, the remote for the tv didn’t work, Not to mention the Super loud train that passed directly behind the building, several time this evening,The only good thing I have to say the guy behind the counter was amazing! I booked 4 night I only stayed 1. OMG.
