- I have a child and the hotel smells very strong of smoke - Because my child was with me in the room, I asked the hotel that I would not be able to go to breakfast, and breakfast should be brought to the room, but they refused. - I only went twice during my stay at the hotel to breakfast and it was very bad

Poor to moderate dinner with same quality and options. Poor to moderate internet connection with loss of signal at times. Noisy at times. Poor facilities. There is not adequate training for emergency prepardness to personnel.

All the hotel staff were very kind, so it was a pleasant trip. I was very satisfied with the room cleaning condition, and the breakfast and dinner were also very good. If I go to YALOVA next time, I want to go again.

Recommend to stay where if you are planning visiting Yalova,Turkey. Good access to the center of city. Not far from thermal. Just half hr on the car. Not far from City market which is recommended to visit.

The breakfast was very bad, as it is said there is no rich Turkish breakfast. The staff is not friendly, as if they are working hard. I definitely do not recommend. You hear the voice from the main road front of the hotel. Staff is not helpfull. I stayed in Hilton before its better than this hotel.

It was a terrible experience to stay there. How can i start? Rooms are quite loud because of the busy road in front of the hotel. Bed sheets are yellowish. Staff does not help in any requests. Just because nobody brought me for hours, I had to get my own towel and water from staff room. Breakfast is not good, the products they used have very low quality. They did not provide me double bed, they cant put together two seperate beds. I had to sleep in very small one. Only good thing i can say is the hotel is in the city center, you can walk to almost anywhere.

Run down hotel. Need lots of renovations. Room curtains were broken. Staff declined to fix it. Next door to the main door of the hotel is a supermaket enterence, less then 10 meters away
