It is a great place to be Everything just amazing Fishing, games room, swimming pools indoor and outdoor heated, great lake for swimming with inflatable castle on the water Restaurant great All staff Fantastic We have been in Lodge 34 with three kids Just great We will be back

Rooms are very hot. There is no air conditioning. Air is polluted, smoke and coal. I hope air cleners in rooms. Breackfast is exelent. Cleaning is exeleent. Peple are very kind. The is no gym in the are, whis is poor. .......................

Booked 3 nights in Bungalow 35, house surroundings and interiors very well maintained. Food in the restaurant was fantastic, breakfast plentiful and tasty. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful pond landscape in the immediate vicinity. Lots of things to do (mini golf, bowling, fishing, cycling, swimming, wellness, sauna and much more). Prices for fishing enthusiasts take some getting used to. We will definitely be back!!!

Mehrere Tage über den Jahreswechsel inklusive Silvesterparty hier verbracht und sind einfach nur begeistert und glücklich!!! ALLES WAR PERFEKT!!!! Dekoration, Service, Buffet und Getränkeangebot sowie das Feuerwerk waren gigantisch. Super Musik hat einfach nur Spaß gemacht. Bis morgens 5.00 Uhr!!! Dieses gesamte Ressort ist ein Ort der Superlative. Hier machen sich Menschen ganz viel Gedanken und haben tolle Ideen mit Liebe zum Detail, um ihren Gästen eine tolle Zeit zu bieten. Hier ist der Gast ein König! WIR KOMMEN WIEDER!!!

Zamówiliśmy apartament za ok 700 zł na dobę, byliśmy z pieskiem i nie mogliśmy skorzystać z hotelu. Po przyjedzie okazało się, że apartament - domek jest stary śmierdzi stęchlizną. Poprosiliśmy o zamianę, to co zaproponowano było nie do przyjęcia. Musieliśmy dopłacić ok. 500 zł! Czyli za dobę, jedną dobę pobytu zapłaciliśmy ponad 1200 zł. Będąc w różnych miejscach na całym świeci nie zapłaciliśmy tak wysokiej ceny za tak niski standard. Do tego bezczelność recepcji, która nie uznawała naszych racji jest jedyna z jaką się spotkałem na świecie. Za pieska była dodatkowa opłata, ale nie było w domku ani legowiska , ani misek. Zamiana domku skutkowała jeszcze zimnem, po wejściu włączyliśmy ogrzewanie, ale technik musiał dochodzić 3 razy aby zadziałało. Piękny obiekt, rewelacyjna restauracja, (dziękuję kucharzowi i obsłudze) ale panie w recepcji poniżej jednej gwiazdki. Panie z recepcji powinny przejść szkolenie z obsługi klienta, który nie jest ich wrogiem tzn. dzień dobry, dziękuję, pomogę, zapraszam, a nie, że to one mają rację.

Spędziliśmy tu cudowny weekend. Przestronne pokoje, ładnie urządzone. Hotel oferuje sporo udogodnień. Odpowiadały nam wieczory w sali gier i na kręgielni. Wrócimy tu w wakacje, żeby skorzystać z odkrytego basenu i kąpieliska.

Plusy: +bardzo ładne i spokojne miejsce na wypoczynek +spory teren, jest gdzie pospacerować i wypocząć w ciszy +miła i kompetenta obsługa w recepcji +czysto i schludnie, zielenią codziennie opiekował się pan ogrodnik +w kazdym miejscu kompleksu był ktos dostępny z obsługi +czyste i wygodne pokoje w domku, taras i grill (przygotowywany do palenia przez obsługę) +bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji, duze porcje (jesli ktos lubi duzo) i bez problemu pakowanie na wynos jesli ktos nie zmieści +smaczne śniadania, duży wybor, niczego nigdy nie brakowało +dostępne wolne leżaki przy basenie o dowolnej godzinie, nie było plagi znanej z wielu innych miejsc gdzie turysci rano ścigają się z rzucaniem ręczników na leżaki a potem pół dnia nikogo tam nie ma. Uważam ze opłata 20zl to bardzo dobre rozwiazanie, ktore eliminuje takie zachowania +wcale niewygorowana cena Niewielkie mankamenty - nieco ciasna toaleta w domku, ramieniem zahacza się o wieszak na papier, mozna się poranić - brak wentylacji na piętrze w domku - konieczność otwierania okna połaciowego co skutkuje wpuszczaniem komarów itp - wifi w praktyce nie działa - ważne jeśli ktoś ma jakieś biznesy i jednak potrzebuje dobrego połączenia, bo na sam wypoczynek to zaden problem
