It's very crowded hotel. Meaning it's a good property with busy traffic. Yet the overwhelmed staff were able to maintain their professionalism and lovely service I usually gets, despite of my bad timing arriving with inactive (broken) elevators and fully booked meeting rooms and restaurants traffic, making the waiting time for elevator and moving around the property was somewhat... troublesome, to say the least. Nevertheless, definitely would recommend.

Vasa Hotel Surabaya is one of the best hotels in Surabaya, I can easily include Vasa Hotel in the list of top 5 hotels in Surabaya
Breakfast needs to be improved, in order to fulfill 5 star standards, the rooms are modern and comfortable, cleanliness is also good
The car park is inconvenient, because the elevator is not connected to the hotel's main building, so you have to walk quite far
