Great staff, friendly and attentive. Location was good, near to many eateries n next to departmental store. Free parking was convenient
Room was spacious but need some repair on paintwork and linen need to be replaced.
In-room set breakfast was awesome and delicious. Quick check out. Overall happy

Dont understand when this hotel is super but cleanliness is down the drain. There needs to be some kjnd of movement for cleaner bedrooms and toilets.

Found cockroaches in the room, used tissue hnder the bed, and smelly room when first entered the room. The toilet also has bad smell.
Only one sandal provided per room. The room service entered the room without knocking!
