The staff is very nice and helpful, there is no vaccine checks during this pandemic so it makes a little anxious. Close to many tourist attraction. overall Alana is decent for short staycation. The minus point about their breakfast, it seems they don't ready for lot of customer. Even I have to back again until 3-4 times to check the availability of the food I want. The staff promise to leave it for me but when I back to get it, the staff make too many excuse. It just like im begging for the food eventhough i pay for the food. I will back to stay here but I wont pay for breakfast anymore

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. all the staff are very friendly, lobby, corridor, rooms, bathrooms and restaurants are clean. unfortunately the breakfast is less varied, no cereal, a lot of heavy food. the parking lot hopes to be better repaired

they had 2 parking areas. in front of lobby n empty land nearby. will be great if u get in front of the lobby

Location in front of the Sentul industrial entrance. There is no food selling around the hotel. To AEON mall Sentul ± 30 minutes without tolls. Breakfast is quite varied, namely Assorted noodles (boiled Indomie), mixed rice, chicken porridge, vegetable sausage, fried food (bakwan & tempeh), jala bread, banana compote, ICE cream pancakes, sweets, assorted mini pastry (various cakes, pudding, various juices (mango, guava), omlete, sausage, potatoes, Napolitan pasta, salad, fruit, large meals (white rice, fried rice, fried noodles, soy sauce chicken, fish sauce, capcay), Coco Crunch cereal, banana compote, various crackers, jala bread. Just OK, no more If you just want a place to sleep and rest, this place is more than ... but if you want more than that, if you want to spend a special time with someone, rest from the hustle and bustle of work to leisure, want to enjoy the hotel facilities ... then for me this is NOT the place 1. Our room was worn (Room 511). The bed sheet is stained, the glass door to the shower cannot be fully opened because it is stuck on the tiles, the shower layout does not provide a place to store soap (even though they give a soap dispenser and shampoo all in one), There is no proper place to store toletries around the bathroom sink, and there is no place for women to dress 2. The food in this hotel is so so considering that we see this 4 * hotel, plain fried rice without special taste, sausage is a bit hard and cold, the coffee as we guess is not too OK. Only the different Sereh sword makes the atmosphere different (which is too sweet) and then when we stayed there was a Cotton Candy artisan who was invited to make Cotton Candy directly ... children like this very much, but they can't see how to make it because the table provided is too high, however they have to jinjit2 3. When I was in the room, within 2 minutes I can see immediately, 1. There are many points on the bed deck, not only one bed but two of them. I only photographed one. One of the bed looks like not new (as someone has sleeped there before I). When I found the spots, I can only check everything back.
