Get a room behind the reception with a view of the garden and swimming pool Water is good and plentiful There are towels and toiletries. I really like that there are no ants or lizards which is important AC cold.

The facilities were surprisingly comprehensive, exceeding our expectations. We had hoped for a fully renovated room, but according to the hotel staff, only a few have been updated so far. Welcome drinks were available upon request. Both of the two rooms we booked were classic rooms (not yet renovated). The rooms were quite spacious with a nice garden view and a large TV. However, the furniture was dated, the top layer of plywood on the door was torn, and the parquet floor was uneven. While the bedsheets and bedcovers were clean, some had small holes. We were only provided with two bath towels and one bath mat, with no face towels. Breakfast was very satisfying, with a great view from the restaurant and a varied, delicious selection of food. Our child was allowed to play football on the lawn, and the pool, though small, had an exotic charm. Overall, it was a good stay, especially since all the staff were very friendly and helpful. If the hotel undergoes a full renovation, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Location is superb as it is very close to golf club, the shuttle service also excellent as they manage to transfer me to the club for early morning tee off, very friendly staff with wide range of buffet breakfast

The food is delicious, but the facilities are less than satisfactory... the swimming pool is small.

Easy access, very clean and comfy. Eventhough it’s a family and kids friendly hotel, my husband and I can still enjoy all of the facilites without any inconvinience. The parking lot is a bit far, but they provide a 24h shuttle from the lobby. Too bad the family and kids pools are under renovation. Overall, I recommend this hotel to any couples who plan to have a short getaway 👍

Kebersihan nya sangan kurang. Tidak mencerminkan hotel binatang 4 Ac bocor dan sangat bau udara dari ac Breakfast pun sangat kurang menu nya gak ada yg istimewa

New 3 star hotel, clean, nice green view, breakfast not so much variatif, cold AC, swimming pools, wide parking area but minus no lift and no refigerator inside.
