Initially they gave us a room that was very loud and noisy. Apparently, that wing was under renovation. We called the hotel and requested a quiet wing. They agreed and moved us to a newer room (on the other side of the wing). If you love nature and tranquility, you will love this hotel. They have spa, bar, pool and mini zoo. The room is quite spacious and it has balcony (with garden/mountain) view.

Is a beautiful place.

I don’t like this hotel, they allowed loud music like in the club, my room like in discotheque. I complained to the hotel, they do nothing. Don’t stay here!!

My honest review I stayed with my family + parents.. the location is quite far from getting off the toll road.. the hotel is very good, suitable for those bringing the family.. However, there are a few things that I would like to input: 1. Towels were not available, I asked for additional towels, until I checked out the goods were never sent. The reason is that towels are out of stock... 5 stars hotel but cannot provide extra towels? 2. Sad breakfast like a budget hotel, the food takes a long time to refill when it runs out... you have to wait around 45 minutes The mini zoo is also quite well maintained, there are cute horses... overall the room is very good, and it must be admitted that the service from the front office to the training level is very friendly... thanks to Nurul who supported my child at the restaurant during breakfast...

Not a pleasant stay experience 1. The balcony is just a broken bench, without the round table in the photo. I originally wanted to enjoy the scenery and drink tea on the balcony. 2. Opposite the balcony is a green ditch + white wall. There is no green plant in the picture. 3. The worst thing is the spa massage package there I made an appointment for 90 minutes, but it only took 75 minutes (the time it took me to finish getting dressed). Before the spa, the employee said that a certain item in the package could not be done because of the lack of products. Normal thinking method - if you do one less project, other projects will take longer to make up for the lack of time. As a result, they directly removed the project, took 15 minutes less, and then charged the price of 90 minutes. When taking a bath, the bath water was drained before the time was up. It was so embarrassing. The whole process felt very impatient and Perfunctory All in all a bad stay experience

The hotel is old, but the facilities are also old and inconvenient. Bathtubs are useless in rooms with more expensive bathtubs as there is no running water in the bathroom. When I turn on the sink faucet, water sprays everywhere. The water pressure isn't great either. Breakfast was decent but not special. The rooms feel a bit like Ubud and have a traditional Indonesian feel. But I don't want to pay this price again.

The room is relatively old. I love the roast beef for breakfast.

I think breakfast is complete, but the taste of the food is lacking. Fast and friendly service, very calm atmosphere. Swimming pool facilities have been added for children. Next time I'll stay there again.

A very pleasant stay. The check-in process was quick, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable and met my requirements. The hotel environment is beautiful and unique, and the large garden gives people a relaxing and holiday atmosphere. All staff including the front desk, restaurant waiters, concierge, etc. are polite and have no problem communicating in English. The pastries in the bakery are very delicious😋

It is a resort-style hotel with lush vegetation and an elegant environment. The floors are not high and the rooms are quite large. The parking is convenient. The hotel service is very good, but the balcony is dusty, and I will stay again.
