trip.com Please update the location, yes, the address is wrong. If you want to come here, you have to find the name of the road on google, the map is the same as trip.com . The receptionist sometimes asks for extra money, saying up to deluxe but it's normal, it's not a deluxe

Beautiful and cool hotel, shady trees. The location is not visible from the road. Mainly, the architect came up with a bungalow concept, suitable for a family holiday. Quite far from malls, stations and terminals

This hotel has its own characteristics. Guaranteed to be more memorable staying here than staying at a middle class chain hotel. There are beautiful gardens and big trees. The location is next to Rumah Mode, a unique fashion outlet and food court. But the dusty furniture in the room was not noticed. Have to wipe it yourself. There is a refrigerator, safe, like a 4/5 star hotel. Just breakfast B. Even though there is air conditioning, you can sleep well without air conditioning in early October. Hot water is suitable for bathing.

I wish to stay here longer but there was a generator that tuened on and off regularly and made so much sound that I couldn't sleep probably. If this would change it is the perfect place to stay.

CClubclass TourI am Norharizah ofrom USA accompanied by Mr Mohd Said of Clubclass Travel Network / Kuala Lumpur , and was recommended this brief trip to Jakarta/Bandung to experience the whoosh and the panoramic train from Bandung to Jakarta .
My heartful comment on the exellent staff service during my short stay and the hotel interior gives me a good rest , and overall for the stay was very good value for money.
I would recommend that Clubclass Travel would induct D'prima Hotel as their first choice hotel for their Bandung Tour package.

My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a busy day of exploring the city. The hotel's amenities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions in Bandung. Overall, my stay at Belviu Hotel Bandung was nothing short of fantastic, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

SSha ChanEvery corner of this hotel just walk of art gallery.Antiques,paintings and greenery in every corner.Spacious lobby and serene vibe.The room I booked is standard type but their service really impeccable,daily housekeeping and room amenities reffils.They don’t have their own restaurant and just cater their f&b for big scale event but you’re allowed to order through grabfood.Staffs are friendly,helpful.Definitely plan to book my hotel here anytime I visit Bandung for travel,business or medical visit purposes.Thank you !

JJTtops7A very good deal for several families and friends. Well themed with small bathrooms that if I were really large then I wouldn't fit through. The rooms looked clean but the kitchen could use a better quality soap for dishes and some clhoride to sanitize and keep cups shining white. There's no kettles in the rooms but a hot water dispenser is in the kitchen and one looks so filthy it's disgusting. The kitchen needs good soap mixed with 10% hydrochloride to meet the food and hospitality standards.

The hotel is quite difficult to find as it has two gates, one behind the gas station the other from a narrow road.
The hotel is spacious but the toilet was so dirty 😵💫😵💫

GGuest UserI think this hotel is already running down and old fashioned. Interior design in the bedroom is kind of old, dark, the carpet is bit smelly and side lamp looks really need to be removed. Toilet leakage. The bathroom tiles looks obseleit and lots of stains. The shower also need to be replaced. The hair dryer is not broken etc. I understand since pandemic covid 19, all business are suffering. Struggling to survive. Perhaps it is one of the reasons all the renovation projects are cancelled. And one more thing.. the breakfast is really on low key budgets. Bit disappointed. Compare to other hotels in the similar category, grand aquilla far below the others. The management of the hotel should pay attention to this matter. Your hotel is so empty while others starting to receive lots of guests. Otherwise, you'll be left behind...
