Highly recommended, the most appropriate hotel choice for a vacation in Bandung

I think this hotel is already running down and old fashioned. Interior design in the bedroom is kind of old, dark, the carpet is bit smelly and side lamp looks really need to be removed. Toilet leakage. The bathroom tiles looks obseleit and lots of stains. The shower also need to be replaced. The hair dryer is not broken etc. I understand since pandemic covid 19, all business are suffering. Struggling to survive. Perhaps it is one of the reasons all the renovation projects are cancelled. And one more thing.. the breakfast is really on low key budgets. Bit disappointed. Compare to other hotels in the similar category, grand aquilla far below the others. The management of the hotel should pay attention to this matter. Your hotel is so empty while others starting to receive lots of guests. Otherwise, you'll be left behind...

The facilities are complete, starting from a swimming pool, cafe, there is karaoke and a large parking area, the location is on a one-way street so if you want to go back and forth, the vehicle has to go around, the breakfast is quite varied, it feels like it's not very kicky, there are some menus that don't dare to spice things up, the restaurant staff Quickly refill food and clean dirty eating utensils, the staff who cleans the rooms are friendly and greet each time they meet in the corridor of the room, there is also a mosque next to the hotel building, the rooms are clean, bed linen, blankets and toiletries are complete, there is a safe too, coincidentally you can get discounted prices on weekends So it's quite fun, oh yes, a welcome drink is provided too...recommended

1st time staying here. Located strategically in the middle of the city and good for those who love being surrounded by gopd food!

The service rendered by the hotel was top notch and definitely will stay again if stop at Bandung in the future. The staff was realy helpful and polite. The process for check on and out was so easy. The room was spacious and worthy for the money spend. Definitely will get other people to stay here if they went to Bandung. The hotel also near the Paris Van Java mall.

Every corner of this hotel just walk of art gallery.Antiques,paintings and greenery in every corner.Spacious lobby and serene vibe.The room I booked is standard type but their service really impeccable,daily housekeeping and room amenities reffils.They don’t have their own restaurant and just cater their f&b for big scale event but you’re allowed to order through grabfood.Staffs are friendly,helpful.Definitely plan to book my hotel here anytime I visit Bandung for travel,business or medical visit purposes.Thank you !

Super happy with the room. Spacious. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Toilet was simple and clean. A lot of counter space to put our stuff in the room. Great selection of tv channels with options of different language subtitles. Staffs were excellent and helpful. Very happy with their breakfast buffet. Great selection and half of it changes everyday. Check in took longer time because our room wasnt ready. But they have some refreshments prepared at the lobby. And also you can surf internet at the lobby with their computer. It was a gamble to book 4 nights straight, but it paid off. Totally satisfied and would repeat this hotel in a heart beat. And they have atm just right outside the hotel entrance. The downside of this hotel I would say is the location of their swimming pool which is too near and visible to their cafe/restaurant. And the road infront of the hotel was always busy and at pick time, traffic jam.
