房間門可以隨便讓其他房客打開，太沒安全感了。當班的服務員居然説：“我也沒辦法”！問題是，一個大老爺們一聲不響就打開門，被我罵了幾句才關門走人。事後酒店經過漫長的內部商議後，説幫我換一個房間。這是換房間的問題嗎？酒店是怎麼做應急管理的？攜程多年首次差評

網絡連不上實在給不了好評。房間還是有優點的，大窗户視野好，其他整體算是這個價位的正常水平。位置比較偏，周圍吃的不太多，附近的蔡林記可以閉坑。

首先我到達酒店差不多在晚上九點半左右，酒店前台沒有開空調，整體悶熱，在辦理入住的時候前台服務員態度還可以，就是速度超級慢，我帶兩個寶寶和我媽媽，在等待的過程中又熱又急，等待中終於拿到房卡 帶着寶寶來到五樓到達房間門口時 卻打不開房門了，我又拿着房卡去到前台，問怎麼打不開房門 前台又重新開卡，上去幫忙打開了房門，進去房間之後 房間牀頭櫃的地方 有臭臭的味道，因為太晚了，也懶得換房間了，房間的整體設施比較破舊，雖然簡介上介紹是21年開始營業的，但是房間的設施不像是21年的，洗澡間的水上面寫着熱水需要放五分鐘左右，但是熱水開到底 15分鐘往上 水都不熱， 還有就是房間隔音非常差，早上大概四點左右就吵的睡不着了。整體感覺挺不好的。

環境很好，衞生乾淨，房間大而明亮，前台順務很熱情，停車方便，去哪1兒都能很快的坐到車，吃飯購物很便捷，值得推薦，價格挺優惠，下次還會再來

提前預訂後，到店説沒對應房型，大床沒了説給換標間，現場等待半小時左右前台告知直接換不了，需要取消後訂房。態度非常不好，直到説要平台投訴，才給辦理住宿，體驗非常差，酒店裡麪衞生跟招待所一樣。
