房間挺大，兩張榻榻米確實寬敞，睡5個人沒問題，就是床單不是特別乾淨，對住宿條件介意的或者是女士們要有思想準備。屋子裡有沙發，凳子，桌子，以及簡單的櫃子，但是櫃子裏雜亂，不適合放東西。
有抽油煙機，和電飯鍋，電蒸鍋，可以簡單的做飯，也有炊具，但是乾淨程度差點意思。
衞生間比較小，淋雨設施老舊，花灑不穩，而且出現銹蝕。捲紙衹有一個紙芯，還有一卷泛黃的被水泡過的紙芯。洗漱用品，有幾套牙刷，沒有其他的了，還有一瓶82年的洗髮水。
電視不能看，老闆也不會調，就是一個擺設。這點對喜歡看電視的朋友很不友善。
屋裡有冰箱還不錯，冷凍，冷藏都可以。
樓層位於30樓正好比前面的樓高，可以看到海邊。
停車不方便，不讓進小區，但是門口就有停車場，也不算遠，影響不大。
附近吃飯的地方還可以，有一條街，好多家海鮮大排檔，晚上從那過，老闆們站在你車前面搶生意，不知道還以為劫道的了。
周圍玩的比較少，就有一個沙灘，不喜歡湊熱鬧的適合住這邊，要是想熱鬧玩的好還是得去佳兆業那邊，銀泰。

優點：
1.房間跟介紹照片基本一樣，收拾的很乾凈，是海景房，美中不足的是房間裏衝著海的那部分窗玻璃有點臟了，要是能擦乾淨就更完美了。
2.房東的服務很好，很熱情，有問題能及時解決，很實在的一位房屋管理員，值得稱讚。
3.樓下就是海邊，周邊吃飯也很方便。
其他：
1.小區裏面除了業主其他人一概不讓停車，小區門口的保安非常兇，如果是裝東西卸東西每次不能超過15分鐘，小區門口和外面都可以免費停車。
2.我們住的這套房廚房洗手池的下水有問題，剛開始沒發現，後來做了一次飯才發現下水會往外地上漏水 以後就不敢用了，希望房東能及時發現修理。
3.住了週末五六日三晚，週一離店，沒想到早起8點多就開始停水，問了房東，是整個小區都停水了，等到我們10點多離開的時候還是沒水，也是夠點兒背的。
總的來説還是不錯的，性價比高，值得一去。

去的比較晚，凌晨一點多，辛苦店主了。但預訂的房間，告訴我沒收拾，臨時換了房間。設施簡陋，淋浴頭上銹了，枕頭、床單、被子都不乾淨，讓店主送來了新洗的床單，但是被子和枕頭，都比較不能接受，比較不好的體驗。不會再來了

這個民宿在綏中來説應該是離海最近的房間了並且價格也比較實惠。房間是兩室一廳，共3張1.8**2米大床，衞生條件很好，屋內沒有味道，我本人對味道很敏感，但這家民宿收拾得很乾凈。房東人性格很好，是綏中本地人，比較瞭解，為我們介紹了很多冷門地方，入住期間也因為具體事項經常**擾房東，他都耐心幫助我們解答問題，確實很感謝。使我對綏中的整體印象提升了很多個百分點，哈哈！樓層32層，是最高層，客廳直接面相大海，且到海灘的直線距離不超過100米，下樓就直接下海，非常爽。開開窗户風超級大，夏天超級爽酷😎。下訂單時我手滑點錯了，多下了一套房間，都已經離店兩天了，查看訂單時才發現多定了一套房，找到去哪網的客服，經過客服與房東協商，很快就成功退款一套房錢。房東的人品確實很好，其實我們已離店兩天，房東還能如實退款，這樣實在的商家很難得，祝福房東生意興隆吧。下回我再去綏中，還會訂他家的房間。在此，我也想表揚一下去哪網的客服小姐，處理問題的速度非常快，且專業有耐心。這家民宿的位置在綏中前所鎮電廠旁邊，緊鄰海灘的最後一排高層，小區叫御景龍灣，導航很好找，小區裏面很多都是做民宿的，這房間號是3204，衞生條件不錯，值得再次體驗！
