在景區內很方便，標識不明，沒有寫度假酒店，標識為女王殿。十萬八千里滑道目前衹有三分之一可以滑，後面2段關掉了。環境不錯，唯一讓娃不滿意的是電視不能看點播。

入園需要去窗口取票我們三個人入住小孩還需要買票無語了🙄我們衹是入住也沒有遊玩，而且景區裏面什麼都沒有，房間很舊馬桶抽水都壞了房間座機剛開始網線都沒插，插了之後也根本打不通前台電話離大洪山很遠，酒店什麼吃的都沒有，晚上路上都沒燈，出去吃飯要開車很久，完全沒必要住！狠狠避雷！！

酒店設施陳舊，雖外部翻新但內部臟亂差，路燈昏暗，也不捨得開燈，到了晚上黑黢黢一片，為了照片中的温泉而定，但是進去了以後發現居然啥也不開放，理由是人太少了，僅有一兩個水池，這價位還不如定個帶泳池的酒店，就這還要給孩子補差價，搞笑，人多了你倒是各種設施跟上啊，這樣差評居多的酒店，人永遠不可能多，不推薦！！！
