1. Amenities : Decent . Got a pouch with toothbrush, toothpaste, washing liquid, hand cream during check in. Room ad olents of water, 4 bottles and the water heater worked perfectly. Large cups to enjoy the morning tea
Improvement : tea/coffee sachets could be provided.
Breakfast menu could be more varied.
2. No major complaints about location and service.
3. Cleanliness is TERRIBLE. Bed covers seems not changed from last tenant. Hair on the bathroom floor. Bathroom shampoo/body wash gel tubes early half empty - so seems apparent not new during new tenant check in.

The room is warm, the bed is very comfortable, hot water comes out quickly, and the service attitude is very good. Check-in at the front desk is quick and the attitude is very good.

The hotel facilities are complete and the environment is good. The staff are also very friendly. The room is clean and has no peculiar smell. The address and location are also easy to find. I will stay here again next time.
