酒店規模在縣城來説稱得上高大上，衹是訂單已確認的攜程升房權益沒兑現，恰逢降温，可房間空調一點兒也不制熱，不知道是不是空控關了，沐浴用品系用的大瓶裝，可淋浴間沒有放東西的地方，衝著澡還要開門去2米外的洗漱台上擠沐浴露洗髮露等，很不方便，酒店管理層應該考慮到這一點並改進，稱讚的是早餐不錯，品種雖不多，但味道很好，另外入住時還送了迎賓水果

房間進去就有明顯異味 房間沙發角落還有前面人落下的浴巾。
小孩睡了個午覺胳膊上幾處蟎蟲咬的大紅塊！非常不愉快的入住體驗。
地方不熟悉以為四星酒店應該還可以吧 事實證明還不如快捷酒店。價格不便宜卻設施老舊，衞生也一般。

原計劃住到徐州，時間有點晚了，衹好住在睢寧。為解決晚餐就選擇這家帶對外餐廳的酒店。服務枱給免費升級了房間，感謝！房間裝修有點舊，床品和衞生間用品乾淨衞生，房間環境安靜，酒店有洗浴中心和電競房（具體情況不清楚）服務也符合規範。推薦。對了，去的小夥伴注意，那大桶的水是收費的。還有給南方來的在這裏就餐的朋友提個醒，這家餐廳已經是北方風格，菜量大，不要點太多，吃不了浪費。

停車場很大非常方便停車，拐角處還有電車充電樁，非常方便像我這樣電車主充電，工作人員很貼心讓人倍感温馨，早餐也很不錯， 第二天中午我們在二樓包廂吃的飯，整體性價比高，價格實惠

前台服務態度很好，但實在沒法因為升級了房間而違心地給出五星好評：電梯內煙味很重。房間裝修老舊：馬桶蓋有黴污漬、淋浴花灑會脱落、地毯散發著味道，投影電視沒有信號……加了床被子，竟然要自己套被套。是自己大意，才踩的坑！
