還行吧，供商務出差人士住宿的酒店。主要問題是房間裏沒有任何可以掛或者放置毛巾、衣服的鈎子、架子。衞生間下水道反臭，服務員用塑料袋裝水蓋住地漏，也抵擋不了陣陣臭氣晚上釋放到房間裏。

整體來説是比較滿意的，無論房間還是設施都比較新，房間也很大。
但是需要改進的地方是在面對大量團隊遊客入住時是否也應為其他遊客考慮一下，比如，那天早上7:30左右，準備去5樓吃早餐，但是大量團隊遊客，導致等了20多分鐘才乘上電梯，而安全出口的門當時處於關閉狀態，對於其他趕時間的遊客而言，真的很着急，遇到這種情況，是否可以提前打開安全出口呢！包括早餐用餐環境，運氣不好遇到大量團隊遊客，不僅可能沒地方坐，連吃的也沒剩多少，時間上也來不及等下一鍋上來，所以希望酒店在這方面加強一下。

再一次入住該酒店，本次體驗一般，雖然房間寬敞很大衞生也很好，但是洗澡熱水不好，得等很長時間才有熱水。早餐有待提高。

頭一回遇到住酒店被偷東西的，酒店還不處理。我當時是連續住了五天，衣服在酒店不見的，當時收拾東西發現不見以為是在箱子裏面，誰能想得到在酒店被偷走，進出的衹有阿姨，打電話給酒店調監控，她説兩件衣服誰拿走了裝黑色小袋子裏面也看不到，這就是你們的處理方式。衣服不值錢，但是你們真的讓人噁心，我是來住酒店消費者不是來給你們送禮的。
