本來一切都很好，很安靜，環境不算很好但這個價位來説也不算差了。住了兩天，最後一天中午11:15的時候房卡不能用了（本來入住時前台説好了12點退房），我想進去拿東西后12點再走，下樓要求更新房卡，前台的態度確實很好，但是有一個女人看樣子好像是老闆（因為她全程什麼活兒也不幹，只是坐着吃飯，所以我推測是老闆），她鼻子不是鼻子眼睛不是眼睛的，不想給我更新，説讓保潔阿姨刷一下卡，想讓我拿東西就走，我説我現在還不想走，想再待一會兒，她就露出很不高興的表情，更新了房卡後還特地説一句“還有45分鐘了啊”，這讓我感覺很不舒服。如果你們家老闆不想讓旅客住到12點，就別説12點退房，在你家門口就寫明白“雖然別的酒店是12點退，但是我們家11:15就不能住”，讓大家都知道就行了，免得有的旅客想12點走，還需要下樓去浪費口舌，還得看你那張老臭臉。這個酒店按道理來説可以生意興隆，如果有一天黃了，就是那個看似像老闆的黃臉婆的問題。

第一次來綏體驗還蠻好的，出門走幾步就是公交站，去考點很方便，賓館價格合理，位置很好，離萬達也近，充電器落在賓館回去取前台姐姐態度也很好，真的很不錯

暖氣壞了，不能供暖。放房間燈光黯然，不夠明亮。房間水，紙收費。房間無客房電話，不能及時溝通。無法免費續住，不人性化。

窗台上有很多小蟲子的屍體，衞生間、屋裡偶有小飛蟲；屋裡有味但不是特別重，開窗放放就還好；床品、毛巾乾淨度還可以，沒有發黃污漬等，房間還算寬敞，5分的話整體評個3.5分吧

房間裏有怪味，換了一間房還那樣，沒有一次性拖鞋，床品不舒服，洗漱用品太差，坐便活動存在安全隱患，以後再也不會去他家入住了
