Very clean. Beautiful view. Large room. Too bad the pool is chargeable. 24/7 air conditioning so the room is cool upon arrival. Very enjoyable in summer

該酒店看上去很高大上，有自己的停車場，停車方便，酒店也乾淨整潔，可是與酒店及價格上比，有點不舒服的是，酒店沒有茶包（向這種連民宿及很便宜的酒店都有），問是否有茶包，説該酒店沒有，問是否可以再給二瓶水，説二瓶免費，再要要付錢，向這樣的情況與價格比就太差了，晚上在該酒店的自助餐廳吃飯每位38元，問有沒有餐巾紙，服務人員説要3元，有點……，不過酒店的早餐品種還是可以的，品種也多可口。

如果有零分我就都打零分了，為什麼？就因為幾件事，大家聽一聽。第一，到達第一天辦理入住時，走到前台有四個女的坐在那裡全部在低頭玩手機，我站在那裡了沒有一個人和我説一句你好，更別提給個笑臉了，滿臉的冷漠和不耐煩。真是大無語，這就是綏化最好的酒店！第二，早餐説到九點半，我九點15分到的，基本什麼都沒有了，都是些殘羹冷炙，九點半還沒到，一堆人迫不及待開始收餐了。我又一個大無語。第三，酒店房間提供兩瓶水，再多要一瓶居然收費三元，哈哈，太好笑了，400一個晚上住着在綏化這個小地方已經是相當貴的了，多送一瓶水還要收費，我第三次無語。第四，因為下樓忘記帶房卡，到前台補辦了一張，因為住了三天東西很多很亂收拾的時候少了一張，退房後直接扣了我50元按金。全國各地住了這麼多各種檔次的酒店，丟房卡的情況有很多，從來沒被扣過錢，這家酒店這波操作也真是讓我徹底服了。發誓以後再來綏化探親永不住這家酒店，價格全綏化最高，服務態度全綏化最差，黑心到極點！！
