There was a very nice,helpful girl at reception, which made my stay here good she spent an hour or so talking about where to go to experience deep powdery snow and organised the bus for me ,it's very close to the railway station but far from any cafe,there a plenty of small Chinese restaurants nearby

比較差，衞生情況也不怎麼樣，一聽是網上定的態度就不好了，原本定的標準間兩個單人床有窗的，實際安排入住的是大床，而且窗户朝向走廊的。前台的意思是網上定的就給住這樣的，那不如直接寫明，結果入住的貨不對板，明明有標間但是不給住，總的來説不滿意。

老闆可以再公共衞浴那邊加個燈啊，洗浴都是摸黑洗的。地理位置就在火車站，比較方便。

服務態度惡劣，我八點左右訂的標間兩張床，13點去入住説沒有兩張床房間，還強迫我退房，我堅決不退才給我一間一張床的單間

此賓館千萬別住，老闆耷拉個臉跟欠她錢一樣，屋裡啥都沒有，毛巾都沒有，環境很臟亂差，跟網上訂的房間相差十萬八千里，可以説不能將就的那種，我穿着衣服勉強睡了一晚上，真是上當一回啊！
