"It was fairly clean, but the biggest downside was the mattress and pillows. My husband and I barely slept all night due to the discomfort. The mattress was so hard it felt like we were lying on the floor. The pillow was filled with some kind of fluff, like stone. It was impossible to sleep on. The receptionists were weird. They took our passports for registration and kept telling us to leave without them. We waited until we were registered and then went to our room. After we went downstairs, the girls asked for our documents again, stood there for another 30 minutes while they looked at something. Honestly, this was the first time we've had this happen, and then they told us to leave. Never leave your documents like that, especially in a foreign country."
