位置超好，正對辛巴赫啤酒屋，距離大白樓、人頭樓、列巴坊等都大約衹有不到十分鐘的路程。老闆態度不咋地，不知道為啥説話不耐煩。房間很大，也很乾凈，有很多插頭很方便。網絡不好，衹能發文字不能看圖片更不要説視頻了，衹能靠自己的流量支撐。淋浴熱水很好。

房間不大，適合經濟類型人羣，房間沒有吹風筒，基礎設施，像WIFI電視幾乎是不能用，衞生不能説特別好，但算乾淨，熱水充足，適合不是太冷的時候入住隔壁就是新華橋，逛逛附近挺合適的。
