If you are for stopover in Suifenhe towards Russian - this is the best hotel. Walking distance to int's bus station. Clean, nice and warm. Has familiy rooms with amenities.

Hotel is standing opposite of lake in city center. Unfortunately I had a room viewing mountain behind. Room was not very clean - some spots and dirt on carpet. Rooms service didn’t remove 3 empty water bottles on bed table, nor changed dirty glasses to new ones. Battery in aircon remote was zero. Good breakfast is the best part.

暑假瘋了，這麼差的酒店五百多，平時應該一兩百來塊吧。不吹不黑，設施是真的差，看圖，噴頭管子爛的，鐵皮都出來了，水壓沒有，而且噴頭極差，無語了，好在大淋浴頭還能洗。咖啡一袋過期，一袋有效期內，咖啡杯陶瓷掉了一塊，割到客人嘴巴就不太好了，服務還是不錯，立刻給拿來了新的。這也説明對屋內飲品及物品檢查不細緻。
按金就很搞笑了，沒有啥可拿走的啊，除了電視機。而且，我和朋友分別訂了兩間房，她辦理入住，那間沒交按金。真是奇怪了。

這家酒店衹認錢，前台説話尖酸刻薄，因為走的331大環線，很早我就訂了房，當然比現在暑假旺季便宜了不少，入住的時候，因為近期下大雨，黑龍江又在發洪水，而且這個酒店後面就是山，我擔心山體滑坡，我説能不能幫我換個高一點的樓層，我帶了小孩長者，最近大雨不太安全，前台直接説，你訂的酒店比現在便宜太多了，不能換，樓上的全是更貴一些的。另外按金比別人家多，要交200，然後退房的時候故意説我把她們的衣架弄丟了，遲遲不給退按金，我一個在外旅遊20多天的人，自己帶了十幾個輕便衣架，我要你那麼重的衣架幹嘛？另外房間空調製冷不行，被子又厚，衞生間學內蒙那種不做乾濕分離，我家孩子和我有過敏鼻炎，進了房間就開始打噴嚏，一出去就沒事，這説明房間真的很不乾淨，居然這種酒店還四顆星，這是誰評的？

酒店環境ok，但是服務態度有待提高，早上九點鐘就開始催促退房，11點鐘再次催促，最過分的是服務人員在沒有敲門的情況下進來兩次了
