綏芬河華聯賓館地理位置優越，周圍飯店、賓館和超市很多，步行可去博物館、大白樓、人頭樓、中東鐵路記憶館和馬克西姆餐廳等景點，門前有停車位但車位比較緊張。賓館女老闆待人熱情，主動為客人介紹遊逛路線。該賓館不足之處是：室內設施陳舊簡陋，被子因使用年限過久硬邦邦、潮呼呼的，被套顏色灰暗且有破損之處，體驗感較差；另外，雙 床之間的那個牀頭櫃太小了吧！用起來真是不方便。還有，整個房間衹有衞生間馬桶旁邊有一個小垃圾桶，房間裏竟然再沒有找到另一個垃圾桶。貴賓館若再從內部管理的幾個細節上下下功夫會更好些。

酒店乾淨衞生，服務規範，老闆很熱情，地理位置也很好，購物吃飯都很方便，離市區景點也很近，步行十幾分鍾都可到達，就是停車不方便，網上説可以停車，可門前衹能停一至二輛車，去晚了根本沒法停。

酒店位置好，高鐵站出來101路到門口下，步行街就在附近，離人頭樓，大白樓等景點都可步行到達！裝修時間比較久了，有點舊，布草也很舊！但服務還是很好的，有要求都會滿足！價格也很優惠，很多俄羅斯遊客也在這裏住！房間和圖片一樣，所以沒有拍照！

畢竟衹收80多元一晚雙床間，體驗欠佳，潮，房間小，設施不齊全，但還乾淨，勉強可住，停車不太方便，好在離鬧市區近，睡覺還安靜！男主有些大男子主義，指揮停車時吆五喝六的，讓人很不爽，再也不來這家了！沒意思！
