Good location. Close to the main shops, restaurants, maksim. We’ve booked room at 7 floor but the reception lady wanted us to stay at the 4 th floor , it’s cheaper version. So be careful. Rooms at 7 floor better. Hot water, warm, so I would definitely stay again.

В номере чисто и уютно, свежее бельё, ежедневная уборка мусора и пола, смена полотенец. Отзывчивый администратор на ресепшене. Приветливый персонал. Магазин на первом этаже отеля. Удобное расположение, рядом все магазины и ресторан Тоня😋. Приезжаем не первый раз, всё нравится. 4 и 7 этаж с кондиционером.

賓館在綏芬河的商圈，前台在興亞商場的四樓，有直達電梯，好找，商圈周邊道路旁都可停車，不過停車需要看運氣。酒店乾淨衞生，床品是一客一換，可以放心入住。衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡水出水量大。酒店對面不遠處就是馬克西姆俄羅斯餐廳，大眾點評上團購套餐挺實惠。

賓館雖然年頭比較久了，但是室內物品包括房門、衣櫃質量都很好，我們一家都很喜歡，床墊也很舒服。衞生也乾淨。賓館對面就是馬克西姆餐廳，品嚐西餐很方便，賓館地處老城中心，是俄羅斯人經常活動的區域，周圍商店都是俄文招牌，店主都是雙語能人。另外Citywalk超級方便。離老建築都不太遠。
