房間除了一次性用品，桶裝水和瓶裝水全部收費，免費停車也就是停在路邊停車位，晚上八點以後免費，早上八點到晚上八點是收費的

我在網上訂的一個豪華大床房，圖一是網上圖片，圖二是酒店現場圖片，差別相差太大了，房間裏面沒有免費的瓶裝水，我們住這個酒店，本來是3樓因為床有一邊有很大一個窩，老闆都給我們換4樓房間，但是4樓房間床單圖3，我們準備出去吃飯時候門又碩不了，又給前台打電話，解決，房間設施老舊，房間走廊燈還是壞的，洗手間水很小，水不燙，洗手間沒有排風扇，

我們一開始訂的是豪華大床房，然後我進房間裏面燈壞了不説，天花板也有大洞而且房子地毯很臟而且還是尾房，六層裏面看不到外面拿一個板子擋着，然後我給前台反映，前台答應給我換，然後給我換了一個普標，然後晚上我看手機發現大床房跟普標相差20塊錢，我下去説我的問題，前台給我來一句我給你們説了你們説可以呀現在又過來問我。然後話裏話外都把責任推給我，服務行業最注重態度問題，你不給我好好解釋還一直推卸責任，整得我好像是前台一樣，我要是知道普標是90塊錢我就不可能讓你給我換，還有我是來住酒店的，不是來感受靈異氛圍的，綏德天閣豪庭酒店是把“**”兩個字寫在招牌上了嗎？燈光昏暗得像**，一進去就感覺像踏入了另一個“世界”燈光昏暗得讓人分不清白天黑夜，設施陳舊得像是上個世紀的產物。
酒店前台的服務，差到讓人懷疑人生。説話語氣沖得能把人頂到外太空，我們説一句能給我們説三句就沒見過前台這麼奇葩的。好像我是來給他們找麻煩的。這服務水平，簡直是在砸酒店招牌，勸大家謹慎選擇。

這個飯店有比較久一點點飯店的顏色比較暗...公車到走路3分鐘到飯店..要去獅子廣場走路就可以到了
飯店樓下就是小吃一條街吃東西很方便走路10分鐘就可以到市場可以去市場買水果地點算是非常不錯...去哪裡坐公車穿方便去哪裡坐公車穿方便

設施：廁所乾淨無異味。空調非常好。
衞生：房間地毯有點臟，建議穿鞋進
環境：就是上個世紀的酒店風
服務：前台還不錯
提醒：房間沒有免費的礦泉水，前台有。浴室的備品還不錯，但是沒有護髮素。
