酒店坐落於礦區內，出行打車非常不方便，酒店工作人員服務素質水平也有待加強和提高；
附樓設施較差，飲用水需要自己購買，無免費水贈送；
另外，住宿人員在酒店餐廳吃飯就是為了方便，但餐廳作為酒店的一部分卻無法將餐費掛到房費中，這可能也是由於周邊無其他餐飲，酒店一家獨大吧。

整個服務質量參差不齊。入住時有個幫我訂門票的大姐服務最好。因為到酒店已經下午時間比較緊，她先幫我們訂好門票告訴我們應該怎麼觀光遊覽，説等玩兒回來再辦入住。退房時她也在。還有一個前台的工作人員服務態度及其僵硬，話都不會好好説，特厲害，特兇。真是和之前那位姐姐的服務差太多了。餐廳也是，午餐和晚餐的餐廳服務員服務超級好，尤其一個晚餐廚師，都已經下班了還給我做了涼菜，還有一個女服務員幫我們把涼菜送到房間，表揚一下。服務質量絕對不輸五星級。但是早餐廳的服務員，十分冷漠。房間還可以，豪華房新裝修的。有免費停車場。位置好，就在金礦景區旁。晚上睡覺很吵，樓下水塘有很多蛤蟆在叫。還有蟲子叫。反正一夜沒睡好。

入住主樓，房間硬件過的去，但不巧，這天衹開了3間房，早上自助餐改成套餐，衹有稀飯饅頭或者麪條，二選一個。這點留下缺憾，酒店位置離景區很近。值得推薦。

房間整體風格還是比較商務風格的。住的雙人包間含雙早，但是熱水晚上出水不是特別熱，白天時候還可以。退房時候有前台小姐姐提供的黃金玫瑰，蠻好看的，很符合黃金大酒店的定位

返嘉前突發奇想的順路一遊，體驗感超值一萬倍！景區酒店就我們一家三口入住，標間升級成獨棟雙層木屋，夜景迷人，晨景靜謐，很少能有這種住在山裡的體驗。酒店的前台和餐廳的阿姨，人也超級好，給還在睡懶覺的他們打包了各色早點和牛奶，愛了！

無意中發現的酒店，雖然裝修老點，但乾淨整潔，房間竟然還有套間，太完美啦，早餐也比較豐盛，口感也很好，比一般三星酒店好太多了，環境清幽，處在近山頂位置，開窗即山景。價格美麗，性價比超高，在遂昌金礦景區內。十一晚上入住，去餐廳用餐，菜品口味及價格都挺好的，其他服務人員態度都很好，可打5分態度。差評點衹有一個收款的前台人員態度相當差，説話不清淅，我重複多問一句話她都很不耐煩，我似乎又感覺到了以前八十年代的百貨商場營業員的姿態，重來沒在哪個酒店碰到過這樣前台，估計這位是個關係户，完全不合格當服務人員。

似乎是景區周圍唯一正規的酒店，地理位置優越，走幾分鐘就可以到達入口，早餐服務各方面都還行！前台很熱情，還送了礦石作為禮物，我們回去用儀器檢測了下，並無過度輻射，很安全。總體體驗ok
