酒店新開業的，沒想到入住率很高。設施很新，沒有裝修的味道，衞生潔凈令人放心。床鋪被子很乾凈很舒服，床墊不像其他酒店那種很軟的，是我住過的最舒服的床墊。床頭還有免費的充電設備。衞生間有伸縮晾衣繩很方便，洗澡水很好👍，智能馬桶自動開蓋省事兒。

家人們誰懂啊！遂昌雲朵酒店簡直封神！房間視野絕佳，窗外雲海翻湧似觸手可及，躺在床上就像睡在雲端。服務超貼心，從前台到保潔都熱情又專業。早餐種類豐富，當地特色小吃太贊。周邊遊玩項目多，強烈推薦，來了就不想走！

首先説説優點：1.設施很好，剛裝修開業的酒店，真的蠻不錯！2.工作人員態度不錯缺點：1.保潔阿姨不專業，住了他們家兩個房間馬桶圈都是不乾淨（雖然前台有馬桶圈套）。2.找保潔阿姨清理馬桶圈尿漬，竟然試圖拿馬桶刷刷馬桶圈，我及時制止了，但這個反映的就是他們的不專業。3.沒有84或酒精消毒，當我表示可以消毒一下嗎，工作人員表示該酒店還沒有消毒工具。注：除了馬桶的衞生之外，其他都蠻好的，都很乾凈。建議酒店對保潔阿姨進行一下培訓。
