避雷這個酒店！！！不乾淨+服務差+客訴無反饋不溝通
在遂昌縣城中轉所以定了一晚，看照片挺新的環境不錯結果沒想到，衞生間裏有蟲子屍體！！地上還有污漬，明明一擦就掉的，懷疑根本沒打掃。
蟲子也不是犄角旮旯什麼難打掃的地方，而是一開門很明顯的位置。讓打掃結果阿姨5點就下班了不想回來，前台説老闆扣了阿姨工資就沒有下文了，合著大晚上耗了一個小時不給換房間也不來打掃，玩兒呢？？？
另外定了之後明明還有房，到了之後發現滿房，所以肯定不是最後一間房，備註了不要角落房，要安靜，結果就偏偏給了角落房，還是臨街那一側的，很吵，一直有車來車往的，大半夜還有雞叫，不知道為什麼雞從凌晨十二點就開始叫，一晚上沒睡好。
如果備註的安排不了幹嘛不早説，我可以去定別的酒店，非得把人騙過去然後大半夜不好換了。前台一直在溝通但是阿姨和老闆都沒反饋。一直到退房都沒回復。

衞生太差了，那個刷牙的杯子如圖臟的什麼樣子，看到根本不敢用，其它看不見的可想而知。房間靠路邊，窗户沒有隔音效果，很吵。早餐也沒有什麼吃的。衞生堪憂和比較吵導致一夜基本沒有睡。

遂昌雲朵酒店門口有免費停車位，酒店房間設施齊全，清潔衞生環境乾淨整潔，房間裏可以欣賞雙峯塔，早餐後可步行到湯顯祖紀念館參觀。

酒店硬件沒多大問題，訂的特惠房，房間比較小，但能接受～比較讓我難受的是，隔音設備太差，三四點就能聽到雞鳴，馬路上汽車開過的聲音清晰客廳！

前台小姐姐人很好看説話又好聽，服務態度很好，房間寬敞明亮乾淨衞生，衞生間很大也沒有異味，早餐很豐富，味道不錯，酒店門口就是停車場，停車很方便，酒店附近就有小吃一條街吃飯很方便，
