第一次來綏濱住在昊天商務賓館，與周圍賓館相比，它是一家性價比較高的賓館。昊天商務賓館距離松花江畔衹有一條馬路那麼遠，站在賓館門口就能遠望至松花江。昊天商務賓館乾淨、衞生、環境和服務都不錯。服務前台小姐姐説話輕柔、耐心，客人有事詢問特別貼心。每天打掃衞生的兩位美女姐姐有事必應，做事認真，對待客人服務態度都很好。賓館每天供應早餐，周圍有大小超市和飯店，購物方便，隨時可以吃到最正宗的東北菜。總之，昊天商務賓館是棒棒噠👍👍

設施有些陳舊了，電梯口還有樓梯，不是很方便，交通還算便利，周邊配套設施還行。過道有一股臭腳丫子的氣味。

前台開發票很不專業，發票直接開總數就行，飛得自己算單價，完事兒名頭税號都不問，態度很不好👎，住了三天，樓上咣咣響到半夜，跟保潔人員説了，敷衍了事，沒人解決處理，出差這麼久，第一次給差評真棒👍

優點就是周邊吃飯的地方多，停車方便 ，含早餐，很多收費的東西，已拍照，要付按金，不提供瓶裝水，打掃不乾淨全是頭髮，廁所下水不怎麼通，洗澡會水漫金山。樓道臭臭的。總之不好。
