This Hotel made us feel at home during a difficult period, as we were visiting a family member in the local hospital after a bad accident. The Achat Suhl Team treated us with kindness, professionalism and empathy, and made a difficult stay that much easier. Also very nice and clean rooms - the policy of cleaning only on request is sensible and works well imo. Great breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms can be a bit warm (we stayed in August-September), but that's the only small issue I could think of.

Not a bad hotel for the price, the rooms are a bit small and can use an update ( and airco) but the location is nice. The breakfast buffet is great, better then expected The wifi in the room was very bad and mostly not able to connect while it was fine in the bar and restaurant.

The reception and the entire staff were extremely friendly and remarkably dedicated. This leads to the positive aspects. The hotel has unfortunately retained its 70s charm. The rooms are not only in dire need of renovation, but they also leave a lot of room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The carpet is clearly stained with dirt from the past few years, the curtains are beyond grey, and cobwebs float out when you open them. This doesn't help me recommend the hotel. The absolute highlight is the underground car park, which neither deserves its name nor is worth the price; here, too, the history is crumbling from the walls. It's all a real shame.

Vorab, nachdem ich etliche Bewertungen gelesen hatte war ich skeptisch eingestellt. Ich wurde positiv überrascht. Die vielen "Negativ"-Punkte konnte ich nicht erkennen. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber, die Nassräume einwandfrei, Frühstück super (das es durch eine große Gruppe am frühen Morgen eintraf etwas verzögert zuging, war den Umständen geschuldet und das Personal hat sehr gut reagiert), insgesamt war das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend und es gab auch kein Problem mit 22.00-Uhr-Feierabend-Regelung(!), vielleicht ist es ja so: wie man in den Wald schreit, schallt es zurück. Wie gesagt, wir waren alle zufrieden und sind bestimmt ein lustiger Haufen!

Hotel bien situé en plein centre ville mais les chambres individuelles sont vraiment petites et sans confort, comparable à une chambre étudiante. Le restaurant est correct mais sans plus. L’accueil reste agréable mais il est nécessaire de demander chaque jour que le ménage de la chambre soit fait…

Zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Fußgängerzone. Guter Ausgangspunkt u.a. zum Ski fahren in Oberhof. Die Hotelzimmer sind sauber und bedarfsgerecht ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal und Hotelleitung. Vor allem auf unsere Kinder wurde sehr eingegangen. Frühstück qualitativ und quantitativ in Ordnung. Abendessen mit typisch thüringischen Gerichten äußerst lecker und sehr zu empfehlen.

We kregen een kamer die rook naar sigaretten, zelfs na het venster een paar uur open te zetten. We hadden de indruk dat het niet helemaal netjes was, Door de stank van de rook was het verblijf tegengevallen, we hadden het aan de receptie gemeld. Gelukkig verbleven we er maar 1 nacht
