To maintain a peaceful environment in compliance with noise ordinances, we kindly request that your furry friend is not excessively vocal or prone to frequent barking. Thank you for your understanding! In the event of a noise-related complaint, we may need to discuss alternative lodging arrangements at your own expense. Additionally, we kindly ask you to bring a crate for your dog if you need to leave them alone in the condo. Thank you! HOUSE RULES: 1) Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older, is required to complete a rental agreement and provide valid ID upon booking and must be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking. 2) Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement. The card provided MUST be in the name of the primary renter. This will be placed on your card 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported. *Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. 3) No check out's on major federal holidays.
