"This hotel is in a superb location in the southwest of Houston. There is a river at the doorstep, surrounded by greenery, and across the river is the upscale residential area of Sugar Land. Across a small bridge is Houston's most high-end Whole Food Market, with countless restaurants and a rich breakfast. The hotel staff is also very enthusiastic and the rooms are spacious. It has always been my best choice for business vacations."

"I wanted to love this hotel as I have stayed at SpringHill's before. However when we arrived to check in for our 3 night stay at around 8:30pm, they didn't have a room ready for us and we had to wait around 20 minutes for the room. The front desk employee did offer us snacks during our wait. The room did not have enough towels, sofa sleeper cushions were stained as one of the bed comforters. Refrigerator did not work either. On the second day we discovered mold on the ceiling by the window.
We were moved to a new room. Customer service was great.
The other problem I had was that when making the reservation, the room was advertised as having a trundle bed. That was not the case. None of their rooms have trundle beds according to staff.
Breakfast was ok but could be better. On our last morning, they were out of almost everything when we went a little after 8am."

"The hotel is relatively new, the decoration style is simple, and the price is reasonable; the hall and hall on the first floor are not large, but they are bright and comfortable. A festive Christmas tree is a festive atmosphere; the two big bed rooms are booked, 1.5 meters wide sleep comfortably and steadily. The Wi-Fi network is not good, the third floor corridor information is only one grid, and the room is not covered at all."

AAnonymous UserThe room facilities are average, but the service is thoughtful, fast and considerate. The location is excellent and the price is affordable. It is close to the main transportation hub in the south of the city and Cosco Chinatown for shopping, dining and travel.
