We’ve been using intercontinental hotel very well for couple years We live 5 hrs aways from the boston city Every time when we spend some time in the city we always book intercontinental hotel cause this hotel service, cleanness everything was so perfect. It worth, we loved it But lately we are very disappointed of services.last night we stayed was worst experience ever had at intercontinental hotel We stayed a night First. There is No robes. I tried to call lobby so many times! no answer . ( I had exactly same problem couple days ago when we stayed at your hotel. I had to go downstairs to ask for robe) Second. You guys were so good! since this year summer! I believe that you guys were NO answer AT ALL) Third. This is major !! We stayed 5 nights July 14-19 and very much enjoyed our stay. We were able to check in early and was given a room with a great view on the 12th floor. We chose this hotel after a friend of mine stayed here when it was still a time share only property. She knew I wanted a separate bedroom and living area since our son was coming and the pullout sofa in the living area was very helpful. Loved this hotel is very close to the subway, and short walking distance to so many things. Plus, being out at night and looking for the clock tower was fun too! We only had very pleasant and helpful exchanges with the front desk, housekeeping or anyone else who worked there. I will say to be prepared to find breakfast somewhere if the minimal continental breakfast options that you have to pay for is not what you want. I don't eat breakfast very often, but my husband does, and the Dunkin Donuts close by sold bagels or croissants with egg and sausage. This was a fast option, not ideal, but fast and he said filling. If this had not been our first-time visiting Boston as a family with so much to see and do, we would have done a couple of the daily activities they offer. We came back one day, and housekeeping was still in our room, so we went to the second floor and sat at a table to hang out for a few minutes. While we were sitting there someone was giving a group the details on the Custom House and what all it went through. it was very interesting!! Maybe next time we can make some time for some of those things. But each day they had several things guests could participate in if they wanted to. Our room was very clean, and nothing looked worn out. Plenty of drawer space and plenty of closet space. There is a small fridge, a microwave, utensils and glasses, and a sink in the living/dining area. They do have Aveda bath products in the bathroom, which was nice. And lastly the bed wasn't too hard nor too soft. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown

Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown

Boston City Center Boston|1.23km from city centre
This location was excellent for experiencing many of the historic sites in Boston. A short walk to Boston Common, and many great dining options within walking distance. Overnight parking is a bit steep ($60/night). The valet and front desk staff were all pleasant to speak to, respectful and kind. The room itself has one of the heaviest doors I've ever had to use in a hotel. Really takes some muscle! Despite this, the door didn't block the hallway sound, especially since we were right across from the ice maker. The room was small but not unreasonable. The bed was comfortable, and there was a refrigerator, but it was awkwardly placed on the floor next to the desk. It stuck out from the space so was odd. There was no microwave, but a shared microwave near the ice maker. There was a desk and chair, as well as a couple of drawers. The closet was small, but had an ironing board and iron, as well as a luggage holder. The bathroom was small, and had a sliding door, which we did not like at all. All sound was heard, which is not pleasant. There also was no exhaust fan. The slider into the shower was very narrow to enter. The water pressure was good, but it was very easy to get water everywhere in this bathroom. There was a good amount of counter space for us to set our things, as well as an outlet for hair products. The TV was large and worked well for us. There is no included breakfast, but there is breakfast offered onsite for a fee. We had the Saturday breakfast buffet for $26/person. We had custom made omelets, as well as waffles and bagels. Lots of options, with serving staff to bring beverages and anything else you may need. A little steep in the cost, but a good breakfast. This was our first visit to Boston, and will probably be the last one we take driving on our own, so having the option to park and walk to places was welcome.

Hotel Indigo Boston Garden, an IHG Hotel

Hotel Indigo Boston Garden, an IHG Hotel

Boston City Center Boston|1.06km from Winthrop Park
This Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude. There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation. In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.
