Comfort Inn & Suites Akron South

Insects are every where. I told them but no action . I spreader baby powder and hotel asked me to clean up otherwise I will be charged additional fee . So I vacuum the room myself. I told them again to make a note that insects are everywhere and I also show them but still no action

The biggest problem was the lack of power outlets by the bed. I had to run my electric cord for my CPAP machine across the room. I also had to charge my phone up by the tv rather than next to me

Very basic hotel, the breakfast was fine but walls were so thin and I could hear all the rooms next to us and above us. The actual room are bare bones for the price but beds are comfortable. I’d pay the same away for a red roof inn but not much else.

Very clean, staff super friendly, breakfast wasnt bad. I would definitely come back again.

The staff at the property was amazing. I had some issues with booking and they were so kind and helpful with fixing the issues. The room and overall hotel was clean and satisfactory

Every employee greeted us with a smile. The bed was extra firm which didn’t do my body any favors, but everything was clean and service was prompt!

The hotel is very clean. The staff at the desk are excellent, as are the breakfast crew. The breakfast has a good variety of options including fresh fruit each morning. We'd definitely stay there again.

Some of the appliances are a little worn but overall very clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and helpful. Very good stay.

Regarding this comfort inn, the room was ok, although on several occasions the toilet would not flush each time, had to do a min of 3 flushes, the bathroom sink was clogged and running the water didn’t drain. Here is the kicker, was advertised with having full hot breakfast..no hot breakfast, just banana, oranges & muffins. The guy was putting food out with dred locks down the middle of his back, kept running his fingers through his hair, then the pants he had on with the waist line below his but, while sitting there eating my muffin , he sticks his hands down the back of his pants to scratch his ass, totally disgusting , as I got to witness this while sitting there, this must be their best of the best! I don’t think I will stay there again after getting to witness this. I surly don’t want someone like that handling/ touching my food.
