We did not end up staying at this hotel as my children and I did not feel safe upon arrival. I hadn’t realized the property was located in downtown Sudbury, and when I asked about safety, the staff member simply said, “Well, it’s downtown Sudbury.”
The parking lot and main entrance are shared with other businesses, and when we arrived there were several individuals clearly in distress due to substance use. The front entrance area was littered with garbage, and the lobby had an unpleasant smell. Inside, we noticed a stretcher by the front desk and claw marks on the elevator doors.
As a parent traveling with young kids, my gut feeling and observations told me this was not a safe or welcoming environment for us. We chose to leave and stay at a different hotel outside of downtown.
I would not recommend this hotel for families.

Couple of nights with spouse.
Except for the key having to be reprogrammed twice everything was great. Blue boxes would be a great addition to the rooms.

The building is very dated and extremely dirty inside and out. The room smelled so bad we asked to be moved
