One disabled parking spot by the door but multiple diamond club member parking spots. Could not get a spot if I tried and saw two others looking too. One disabled parking spot I do not believe is compliant. It’s too bad but I won’t be staying again as I can’t safely get to the front door.

We count on Hampton inns as our go to and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately that was not the case this time. This hotel needs updating, on the surface it looks good however the mattress was so terrible that both my wife and I woke up in pain. Also there was a hockey team or tournament there the night we were there which didn’t help as kids were running up and down the halls uncontrollably l, I had to eventually to and talk to them, not sure where the parents were. Due this team in there was a party the night before which didn’t not get cleaned up after and for breakfast the area was still very dirty. Finally the air conditioner was so noisy that we could hardly sleep. Sorry to leave such a negative review for what is usually a solid chain but I would avoid this location unless there are some investments to upgrade.

Beware - if you're travelling with a pet they'll charge you $50 extra. Around $25 is fairly standard nowadays. But $50 you're not told of until you arrive? A money grab. Hardly "Pet Friendly".

Staff was super friendly throughout my stay. My only issue was that the bath tub was dusty and there was mold on it. Otherwise, this is a good hotel

Would have given it 5* but the shower head in the jacuzzi room wasn’t great and the breakfast hours are very limited.

Quick and easy check in. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was uncomfortable and made noise with every movement but had good pillows. Breakfast was yummy with good selection of options. Overall I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Everything was great. Just a couple simple suggestions. Your toilet paper is not soft and maybe upgrade your tv channels to have movies option. Other than that our a little anniversary and Christmas shopping adventure get away was perfect. Thanks
