My stay at this trio sea hotel was the worst experience ever. Despite being advertised as a three-star establishment, it falls far short of that rating. The room was filthy and had a persistent stench. The furniture was broken, and the lift was out of order. I feel cheated by their false claims of being a three-star hotel. The lift was not working. Bedsheets and towels were not clean. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Room size is not up to the expectation, i had booked 4 bed room to accommodate 4 people, the size of the bed was very small which cannot accommodate 2 people in one bed. Room was not clean, it had lot of insect. Bathroom was not clean.

The location of the hotel is very good. The cleanliness is average and services are bad because the hot water was not available and fan switch was not working.

It's very neat and clean hotel to stay near by kanyakumari seashore area. All locations like visiting places are near by hotel so no need to hire further auto or taxi for sight seeing. Even though we reached early check in time they have facilitated considering our request. All experience is good while staying in this hotel.

The room was very small, no towels, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste available. The pool was filthy, breakfast was poor, the service was not up to mark, we booked because of 3 star hotel shown in make my trip, overall poor experience

Stayed for one night. Informed the hotel about the arrival time in advance. When reached at 3 pm , they said room was not ready. They allocated a very bad room with extremely small toilet where one person cannot stand without touching the walls. Very old hotel with rooms not tidy. No room service or restaurant. Better to avoid.
