"The place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view."

"Location is very close to Kumaradhara river and ample parking space is available. It's a new structure, but needs lot of improvement in house keeping. Advice hotel to let fresh air flow and sunlight during the day"

"This hotel is located little interior on a elevated road from main road. It is 1 km away from ksrtc bus stand 1. 5 kms from temple. The high light is convenient check in time of 8. 00 pm to 8. 00 pm. The hotel has only 3 floors. No lift. No resturant. The room was good. But linen were not so fresh. No intercom. The staff were co-operative. Overall experience was good."

"The stay was comfortable but for an hour extra time they changed the full day it was 3000. The day i visited the temple there was ashlesha bali and sharp a sanskar in the temple, it was very crowded and we couldn't check out on time. Just for an hour late check out they charged 3000 more. It is very disappointing. Not recommended for a stay."
