Room had moulds all over the ceiling and walls. We had booked the room one day before and paid the advance amount as well. The staff refused to change the room even after requesting and mentioning that we have a child with us and it’s not safe to use the room in the condition it was maintained . Very rude behaviour and casual approach to solve the problem! They had only one reply “we are full and no rooms” While I was having this conversation one room was checked out. The staff could have cleaned the room and allotted it to us but they refused to do so!

there is no food service or complimentary breakfast, that's the only missing part else it's an excellent hotel. very neat, services are good and walking distance from the temple and main bus stand

Bed and some bugs were found and not comfortable, AC was not working properly. average room service, they did not bother to even check if everything was alright

Located near the temple.Good place to stay with family.Well maintained rooms were clean.They also have inhouse restaurant.I highly recommend booking this property.

I stayed one night at Akshayadhara , it is located apx 750 meters from Kukke Subrahmanya Temple. Rooms are well maintained , there is a Restaurant in the ground floor. Parking space is also good.
