We went to the yacht club hotel because it has 4 stars , but reality it is not even worthy of a 2 star.. it is Old neglect.. broken parts… TV no smart tv like 15 years old .. shower and bath room more the 30 years and also broken parts .. swimming pool is nice .. no people at all . And the slides not working the kids part also not working.. no drink service .. when check in .. no help for suitcase .. no guidance or bellboy to help with the suitcase .. elevator scary old you get stuck every-time got 4 tomes hot by closing doors .. 4 star ?? Not realy.. breakfast .. it says asia. And western break and most food all empty no bread butter no orange only Tang( discusting ) only asian break fast, what is also half empty .. basically it was a waste of money really a total waste of money, when talking in check out , we explain also but the management we talked to, did not care only word is sorry and bye bye .. please DO NOT BOOK THERE EVER !!!!! I have a video also about the bathroom.. with rust on the hangoes doors half broken .. but I can not upload it here

Apart from the very high price of a room for visitors, and the same for the use of the pool, the whole place is sadly lacking in outside maintenance. Pathways and areas are broken in many places. It is very outdated all round. The opening hours for toilets and showers for visiting yachts guests are erratic and not as advertised. The appearance seems to wholly set for the staff and management convenience. That said the staff in the reception and restaurant are very helpful and polite.
