I was requesting for a change of the used beddings. Initially the front desk assured me that they would send staff to accommodate my request. Then I received a second call stating that it was not in their "policy" to change linens if not after checking out. I then respectfully asked for such official written policy. The front desk said that they would talk with their supervisor. Unfortunately, no action was taken by the hotel. It seems that they were just inventing "policies" or are not sure of their answers. Very disappointing.

The staff are generally good but everything else is kind of off. Though the lobby looks nice but the room isn’t. It is a smart room funtionalities but it is more inconvenient than the other way around. Room is filthy especially the rugs. Towels are worn out. Guest floor corridors are used for kids and play areas, weird and noisy. The breakfast offering is awful. Location is also bad. Elevator is funny and there is only one. We appreciate you putting a couch inside the lift but you don’t have to. For what?

I stayed at the hotel for 2 days and 1 night and it was totally worth it!The room was big and luxurious. It was very clean from top to bottom and it smells amazing which soothes my mood very well. The Staff as well were very approachable and accommodating which makes my stay so smooth and easy. Breakfast also is good especially their beef tapa, it really is one of a kind. The view at the pool deck was astounding, plus their movie by the pool. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back another time!
