攜程下單訂了2間標間，還特意打電話跟前台溝通過了讓留兩間靠近一點的説是衹有四樓的2間了我同意了，夜裡到店跟我説超賣了衹剩一間了，她的解決方案就是讓我跟我老公和另外一個女性好友同住一間房。我們不同意又掰扯了很久，白天趕路開了1000多公里身心疲憊衹想趕緊休息第二天一大早還要趕路，真的很糟心，最後説半天才給了一個附樓的大床免單了一間房，衞生條件非常差床單很臟不想掰扯了又回自己車裡拿了自己帶的床上用品。點名批評6月14值晚班的前台，態度惡劣，從頭到尾一聲抱歉也沒跟我們説過，太垃圾了，出來旅遊一個多月見過的最垃圾沒有職業道德的前台

就是老舊小那種酒店，不過在這種小地方能找到住宿點已經很不錯了。應該是無人區之間唯一落腳點，鎮子很小很小。服務不是很好，沒有電梯，讓幫忙拿行李，推三阻四的。停車很方便，周邊吃飯不多。

小鎮不大，酒店沒幾家。離高速口也近。缺點就是床單被套都沒換。估計也就噴個水鋪平整就行了。

馬鬃山是一個邊防小鎮，酒店非常少，該酒店價格非常貴，沒有電梯，我們大部分人都是退休65歲以上的老年人，沒有人幫忙拿行李上4樓，而且天熱温度達38度，沒有空調一晚上都沒有睡好覺，收按金100元，還要第二天等酒店查好房，前台才退給你，沒有原路返回按金功能，必須記住交按金的事情，進房間還有一個一次性口罩在地上，不好，差評！

換其他酒店吧！不推薦入住
3-5攝氏度的晚間天氣，沒有取暖設施（取暖器沒有，額外被子沒有，電熱毯沒有），整個酒店就拿的出一床被子。客服人員穿着羽絨服烤着電取暖器跟我説這個天氣不冷，提供不了任何額外的幫助。

內蒙古去哈密的路上有這麼一個落腳地很不錯了，房間乾淨衞生，樓下有自己的餐廳很方便，就是房間隔音不太好
