"Nice place, near to many shops since it's above shopping mall. Owner gave fast response and always guided me on how to check in and check out. They also prepared towels according to number of guests. The parking is a bit tricky but you'll manage if you follow the instructions carefully. There is also games provided in the living room. The tv is also a smart TV so you can access to YouTube. Overall it was a great stay."

Because the toilet was not clean and Unifi had no network, even call the person in charge did not help. 😓😓😓"

"Such a pleasant experience staying in William's homestay. Everything you need is provided. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and I had very good night sleep. Balcony with unblocked view. Convenient location surrounded by a lot of restaurants here, especially at night time, you can go Starbucks (until 12pm), 24hrs McDonald, FamilyMart which are just opposite the homestay. SS15 Courtyard is just within walking distance. The nearest lrt station is just about 10mins walk away which can go directly to KL Sentral, KLCC without transit. Able to reach Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Lagoon within 5 mins via grab. William is so helpful and friendly. It was a great homestay experience, will definitely come back again soon."

"I personally think that the apartment hotel has very complete supporting facilities (washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator (note, it is not a small single-door refrigerator), a refrigerator with a height of more than 1.2m, a four-door wardrobe, and a small terrace. It can meet the hot summer in Malaysia. The surrounding environment is clean and comfortable. Although there is a big road outside the balcony, the apartment is very soundproof and does not affect the quality of sleep. "Sharing the same block with the more luxury Sunway Resorts Hotel. The lift is in that hotel basement 1. There's no reception counter and you have to call the number in your voucher the person in charge to give you your key. The room is spacious and good for 3 guests. Do not lose your key after six pm because that guy who checks you in won't be there anymore until the next day. Just within the hotel is Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, one of the best in Kuala Lumpur."

CChong chin weeEverything is good. Only few things i would like to highlight and make this hotel more perfect.
1) during breakfast time, its too peak and too much people. Everyone have to queue up in order to go in enjoy the breakfast?? This is 5stars hotel. Why still need to queue up more than 30mins.? And the situation very messy. The queuing line from the entrance restaurant until outside. (Swimming pool area). Middle queue also with lift. People go and back. Very messy.
2) management please solve the issue. As a hotel guest, i felt like “what? I spent so much money to stay, but breakfast have to wait and queue?
3) before settle the above issue, please arrange manpower to handle the crowd. Because many of them cut the queue. Make others guests so unfair and unhappy.
4) the restaurant breakfast also not so good. Please look for more various of foods.
5) swimming pool also very dirty. Dirty is not the water. Is the dirty thing under the water. OhmyGod.
6) last but not least, so far the staffs services is very great.

The convenient connection to Sunway Pyramid Mall provided easy access to dining and shopping. The breakfast buffet was superb. Friendly staff and efficient service made check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's proximity to the massive Sunway Lagoon water park is a major plus. With stunning views and excellent amenities, including an indoor pool and miniature zoo, Sunway Resort Hotel offers a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!
