Room generally good for price paid for. Would be ideal for an electric-kettle & mini-bar to be provided in room. Toilet paper is of poor quality,too thin & easily torn during usage after cleaning up motion.
Also,there was no such drinks self-dispensing-machine at hotel lobby. Picture posted (2nd.pic) need to be updated.
There’s one bad incident. At 9.44am on 19/11/24,it was very noisy. There was drilling & other works going on first floor. Noise made woke us up & was too loud to continue sleeping!

Very poor hotel experience. No water due to water supply has been cut off by authority, broken TV and phone no line even intercom. Furthermore, I am curious whether the hotel had CF or not because they extend the third floor. The staircase is too steep. I booked with windows but it is actually not a room window but a small ventilation window. Feel like I ve been scam by this hotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Staf are not helpful. After 10pm no staf is task at the counter. My case is tht when my door key is not working no one is able to assist. Need to ask trip.com cust service to assist and only after one hr waiting thn their staff who is sleeping in one of the the room comes out tp assist.

Booked but did not stay for this hotel. Due to this hotel check- in is before 10pm. No more receptionists at the counter after 10pm. If you want to stay at the hotel you need to call n reverse the key. So my family is at midnight at 1am There is no place to stay. Is stupid am I not reading the term and condition.

The hotel is clean and tidy. Suitable for one person stay. The location is convenient, beside hotel have coffee shop and cafe.
