Good hotel- good location - teriible service We plan to stay for 5 ninght- at the high season of holiday. Because of the strict check in time , we arrived at night before the the as write in web. but they miss they own schedule- make us missed the first night at this hotel. No reception attended, ni phone call answered… Then they no maid to dress up the room for three night.. plus the broken elevator - the lobby at 3rd floor and my room at 4th floor… Although they gave us a shuttle to airport after I asked.. At that time ONLY ONE PERSON IN CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING..
