Good for its price. The bed was very clean. No shampoo provided, so bring your own. The towels were clean but had a strong bleach smell. Hot water not adjustable, you get whatever comes. The floor tiles were not level so a little bit of shape edge showing. Some parts they fixed that with duct tape. The a/c was not working on the second night due to heavy rain so it shut itself automatically to protect short circuiting, thats what the staff told me. Next morning they came and fixed it. The staff were helpful. There is a ramp in front of the hotel but there are a few steps up the stairs to get to the elevator. Overall, I was quite pleased. It was cheap and clean thats the main thing. There is a convenience store just a few steps away which closes at 10 pm. A halal steak house opposite the hotel was nice.

Room wasn’t clean , no window and very small , wifi doesn’t reach the room and when asked to help or cancel they ignored and I was forced to stay or just leave without refund , so disappointed at the place but more disappointed at trip.com not be able to interfere and save the day

The hotel is clean and no bad smells. Everything is good and there’s a water dispenser near the lift (I think every floor has one).
The hotel is near to USJ7 metro station with walking distance. So far satisfied.

Very good. They deserved to be entitled to earn their awards. Good shower pressure, many power points, air conditioning is awesome, bedding clean and no insect bites.
A rating for 9/10 recommended.
Travellers please be extra courteous, please don't force damage the property by intentions. I don't wish the hotel gone bad due to human negligence and ignorant.

We booked 3 rooms just for one night, the hotel is very comfortable, rooms were clean and tidy with kiblat sign in the room. The bed was very comfortable better than a certain 3 star hotel. The bathroom is dry and clean + auto hot shower.
Even though our rooms have no window, that is secondary. Most importantly the set up and cleanliness in the room is good.
The sad thing is that one of our rooms smells of gasoline. They probably just service the air-conditioning.
My suggestion, please provide tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Overall experience is quite standard.
When first enter the room, the room was pretty hot due to a bigger room.
The water heater was not performing as expected, it just keep the water in the status of not cold.
