The front desk lied to me, saying there were no more rooms like the one I booked, at first she just gave me a room without a window, not like the one I booked, then I refused, when I asked why the room wasn't like the one I booked, she replied because I booked quite late in the evening all the rooms were full including the one I booked, very disappointed with the service provided. I drop a picture proof that room I booked

Nice interior room design. A bit cramp but its ok for the price. Cleanliness is superb. Water pressure is good some more.

urgently need to book a room for my mom & aunties & glad that they said they had a great stay ＜3 big room, big toilet. easy to check in eventhough my families had to check in late around 2am since they stuck in jam. however, i do contact the hotel first bout my booking & let hotel know about my families late chrck in. overall it was a good & satisfied stay from my families & will definitely recommend to others! :-)

Conveniently located close to Subang airport. It has a selection of eateries and shops to meet a traveller's needs as these compensate for a mall.
Reception personnel were all pleasant and helpful.
The hotel needs to look into their policy of issuing only 1 room card for a family room.

I booked the hotel for my flight transit in Subang airport. My comment on the location is based on proximity distance to the airport which very convenient for transit travellers. The room was clean. The only issue during my stay was the noise from the aircon. Please note that some or many rooms may have no window.
