"This is the best apartment I have ever lived in (the best in 18 years of free travel abroad). After I checked in, the first reaction was ”staying for one night is too little”. All I can think of is all available. Almost brand new apartment, the design layout is reasonable, I can also park at the door when I live, Very close to the Mercedes-Benz Museum, highly recommended.
In addition, after I finished living, I immediately paid attention to the official website of this group and looked at the situation in other cities."
"While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, several aspects of the stay were disappointing—especially considering the nightly room rate. One major issue was the €22 per day charge for parking. Many comparable hotels offer complimentary parking as a standard courtesy, so this felt unnecessary.
Another inconvenience was the lack of daily replenishment of bottled water in the room. This is a small but basic amenity that many hotels provide, and its absence was noticeable.
Additionally, the room itself felt quite old and in need of some updates. It didn’t quite match the standard expected for the price.
On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near a Rewe supermarket, just about 2 to 3 minutes away, making it easy to grab any essentials.
Overall, these added costs, the room's condition, and the overlooked details made the stay feel less guest-friendly and not quite worth the price."
"Everything is good here. It would be great if the rooms were delivered earlier. And there is one problem that the rooms do not have a refrigerator. Overall, it was a very good hotel."
"Everything was outstanding, the lady in the reception office was very kind and fast, I got an upgrade to panoramic apt., which was perfect with a big terrace with an amazing view of the whole city. I highly recommend."
"I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was both professional and friendly.
Room Quality:
The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed, with a comfortable king-size bed and plush linens. The modern amenities, such as the high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, were all in excellent working order. The view overlooking the city skyline was stunning, especially at night.
Service:
The staff truly made my stay memorable. They were always available to assist with a smile, whether it was helping with directions, arranging transportation, or accommodating special requests.
Location:
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access popular attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants.
Overall Experience:
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

"Very centrally located, 3 minutes from the Feuerbach S-Bahn (subway) and 6 minutes from the main train station by S-Bahn. Parking is also available at the hotel.
The hotel is very modern, with friendly and bright rooms and a small kitchenette for self-catering.
Shopping, restaurants, etc. within walking distance.
Highly recommended; I've used it regularly for 6 months."
"The location is acceptable; it's in an industrial area but conveniently close to the airport and exhibition center. The view, however, was unremarkable. The hotel's cleanliness, service, and facilities were all impeccable. A special shout-out goes to the front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay."
"Great location, the room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The room is a bit old, but nevertheless clean and comfortable. Good breakfest. Great value for money"

Great
DDavidThe drop off point is a little inconvenient if you drive. You need to drop off and leave immediately. The parking is within the shopping mall below the hotel, which can be confusing — the signs are not clear in the car park on how to access the hotel.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for 5 nights for an exhibition. The price was really expensive. The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and subway. The room facilities are complete. It is an apartment-style hotel. However, I don't know why the room must be cleaned on the third day. As a result, it was not cleaned until the fourth day after negotiation. This is really unbearable and is the only negative review! The hotel's breakfast is not very good for Chinese people, and there are not many varieties!
GGuest UserVeeeery nice accommodation experience! Big room with nice and comfortable facilities. Nice breakfast with Brazilian style.
Convinient transportation (S-Bahn station near the hotel) to city center and has a nice Chinese Restaurant nearby :P
FFederica NucciWhen we arrived, we encountered a bit of a language barrier as the receptionist's English was not very good. He couldn't give us clear indications about the parking.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, but I had an issue with the pillow. It was extremely soft and inconsistent, which made it difficult to get comfortable. I had to push it against the wall to create enough volume to be able to sleep...
Another thing I didn't like was that the shampoo and body soap were combined into one product. This also gave a cheap vibe.
During breakfast, a female staff member almost removed my yet-to-be-consumed plate without even asking. I understand that breakfast time was over and it's reasonable to stop serving food and beverages, but customers should be given enough time to finish their meals. I had to GRAB my plate to keep eating, which was quite inconvenient.
GGuest UserPros- Funky hotel in a central location. You can walk to the city center. Very close to U6 tram which goes directly to the airport. Stay at room 520 for for nights. The room was spacious with bright lights. The bed was big and comfy. The staff is young and energetic.
Cons - breakfast lack varieties. Send message to staff via tablet/ipad provided in the room but no response. The fridge was not working.
1118136****Take the U9 from Stuttgart Train Station, and you will arrive at the hotel in three stops. It is 100 meters away from the hotel entrance. It is small, but clean and tidy. It is very convenient to travel. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Royal Palace Square. It is very good! The price is cheap! You still have to use Ctrip, never Airbnb. The money is deducted and the quality is not guaranteed. I originally booked 12 nights on it and stayed for one night, but I ran away. The landlord had a bad attitude and the money has not been refunded yet! I used booking again this time. Compared with Airbnb, Ctrip is the most reliable
SSmiling_Jenny -:)The surrounding area is full of industrial areas. There is a rock climbing gym next to it, which is suitable for business travelers. The service is good, the shower in the room is simple, and you have to wait for more than 10 minutes for hot water. The scenery outside the window is typical industrial style, not suitable for tourism and vacation
GGuest UserPlus:
Location. Almost literally opposite the Stuttgart train station.
Hospitality: great hospitality from front desk. I personally like it and enjoy it I hope you do too.
Minus/ room for improvement
The bath room can be Abit small for six footer ( people who are more than six foot tall) and with BMI great than say 23-25.
There is some water flow situation where after one take shower then water can get to the floor of the bath room and eventually get to the floor of the room. I am raising this hoping the owner could pay some attention / do something about it when all situation permits for the flooring is very nice, it seems like a pity to get damage in the long run due to excess water from the bath room.
Other tips / reminder
There is Abit of stair cases at the front door and involve moving your luggage uphill to arrive at the hotel. If you need assistance, it is better to inform the hotel and see what can be arranged. I am sure they are happy to help if it is within their means. ( I find them friendly and helpful and enjoy the service. I hope you would enjoy the stay too if u happen to choose this place).

GGuest UserExcellent, friendly front desk personell. Clean ”for the most part”. With that said: now the ”MAIN” part of the hotel is starting to look like a city in the Ukraine with displaced Ukrainians everywhere so much so that some service staff are Ukrainian = does not speak German or English - baby carriages left in the hallway(s) in front of the door. It's the luck of the draw if there's a couch and chair in the room. Hot water pressure in the shower was very low. On the plus side MINI bar still has a vasriety of FREE drinks:-)
