Good location: beside Milaneo Mall & City Library.
To go to shopping area, can take bus 44 frm the bus stop (in the photo). Bus come ard 8 -10mins. Bus ticket can buy from the app (we consulted CHATGPT for this info!!)
My room has a washing machine in the apartment so its convenient no need to go to a central facility. Sauna is useful for cold days!
No complaints frm me. From Stuttgart HBf, need tonwalk ard 10min, a few slopes (incline) bt have seating/resting area if you want.

Great location, 1min walk from u-bahn, one station from hbf. Clean room, with washing machine and full kitchen included. Safe and quiet at night.
Drawbacks: The structure of my room is weird, making the living room dark at night, with only one lamp. No door dividing the shower area, so the bathroom is full of water after each bath. The shower broke down during my accommodation, I asked them to fix it, and they didn't. After lots of chaos they offered me to change the room, and I decided to put up with it and use the rainforest instead.
In conclusion, not bad if the shower incident hadn't occurred. The service is of great altitude, but not so practical in case of real problems.

Amazing experience in this hotel.
The stuff is friendly and helpful.
The room is spacious and has all the necessary amenities.
The breakfast was delicious.
Very beautiful terrace near reception.
The hotel has the parking on the ground floor, what is very convenient.
Perfect hotel for short and specially long stay.

Overall the apartment hotel is great. Walking distance from Stuttgart central station. If you carry heavy backpack or luggage, you can take U Bahn and just 1 station. The unit come with washing + dry machine. Recommended and of cause it's depend on your budget.

Conveniently located near a shopping mall which has a food court.
The room is clean, spacious and the staff is friendly.

Nice location,near train station akd mall. Room and view amazing. Kitchen perfect and can made laundry. Worth it every euro I paid.
