The room is big, friendly staff, Good location, we can parking our car there and easy to find the Public transit to City Center.

В отеле хуже я, пожалуй, еще не останавливался. Бронировал на две ночи-в первый вечер заселили в комнату, которая была прокурена до занавесок, ковра и подушки. Сразу же вернулся на ресепшн, но человека уже и след простыл. После ночи в этой комнате я еще 2 дня чувствовал себя пепельницей.
Ладно, подумал я, проветрю. Проветривание не помогло и в 21.20 я написал ему сообщение на номер отеля. Утром следующего дня в 9 утра, так и не получив от него ответа, я написал в поддержку и после этого меня переселили. Номер был не прокуренный, но когда я вернулся в него вечером, то обнаружил, что из 3 створок душевой кабины отсутствуют 2. Это такой сервис-когда вы переселяете недовольного гостя, то даете ему номер, в котором невозможно мыться. В общем, переселяться снова я не захотел и остался в этом номере.
Еще в этом отеле(лучше сказать общежитии из семидесятых) ощущение, что ты живешь в коробке-слышно абсолютно все и со всех сторон. Уборщица гремит всем, чем может, человек с ресепшн говорит так, что слышно с первого этажа на втором, ну и гости стучат дверьми и топают как слоны.
Просто полный провал
